Piping Design & Engineering Program
Do you have a background in mechanical engineering and an eye for detail? The training piping design and engineering by our Academy gives you all the skills you need to design, calculate, and optimize complex piping systems used in the process, hydrogen and energy industries. With this hands-on program, you'll develop both the technical foundation and the practical experience required to work as a professional piping engineer.
Instrumentation Engineering Program
Are you ready to advance your career in instrumentation engineering? The demand for skilled instrumentation engineers is growing rapidly, particularly in industries focused on efficiency, energy consumption, and reducing CO₂ emissions. At our Academy, you'll learn how to design and implement process-oriented measurement and control systems that are essential for automated installations in chemical and manufacturing industries. With a diploma from our Academy, you'll be ready for a bright future in the industry.
Construction Management Program
Learn how to coordinate a construction team with a clear focus on safety, quality and planning. The programme is designed for professionals with a technical bachelor or master who want to develop towards a role in construction management. You work with real project scenarios and learn how construction activities are prepared, organised and monitored. The emphasis is on practical decision making, communication with stakeholders and managing work on site.
Calculations for Pipe Diameters & Pump Selection Training
In the process industry, accurately sizing piping systems and selecting suitable pumps is essential for the efficient and safe operation of installations. This training provides in-depth knowledge and practical skills in fluid dynamics, pipe sizing, and pump selection, applicable across various sectors within the piping field.
Technical Drawing Interpretation Training for PFDs and P&IDs
Technical drawings are perhaps the most important carriers of information in engineering. Within process engineering, extensive use is made of PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams) and the more detailed P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams). Correctly reading and interpreting these drawings is essential for the successful execution of projects in the process industry.
This Technical Drawing Interpretation Training for PFDs and P&IDs, provided through our academy, equips you with the knowledge and skills to effectively understand and apply these drawings in your work.
Isometric Drawing Training
Isometric drawings are used to represent piping systems and installations spatially on a two-dimensional surface. These drawings, based on American projection, provide a 3D representation of the installation in a 2D format. Proper isometric drawings must comply with standardized specifications (ISO/ISA).
This Isometric Drawing Training, provided through our academy, equips you with the knowledge to correctly create, read, and interpret isometric drawings. These skills are essential for the successful execution of projects in engineering and the process industry.
Materials Science Training
Material selection and material acceptance are critical to the reliability and safety of pressurized installations. In practice, this goes beyond simply choosing a steel grade—it involves correctly interpreting standards, codes, and documentation.
This training is based on real-world piping and pressure equipment practice. You will learn how design codes, material standards, and certification requirements come together in the decisions you make as an engineer or inspector. The focus is on assessing materials and documentation within the framework of PED and WBDA.
The content is based on widely used industry standards such as EN, ASTM, and ASME, and directly reflects how materials are specified, supplied, and inspected in practice.
Offshore Engineering Training
The offshore industry presents unique technical challenges. Installations operate in extreme environments, processes are more complex, and safety standards are stricter than onshore.
This Offshore Engineering Training, provided through our academy, introduces you to all key aspects of offshore installations, with a strong focus on the differences compared to onshore applications. You will gain insight into the technologies, systems, and conditions that make this sector unique.

ATEX Training – Zoning, Risk Assessment & EVD (Ex Units: 001, 002, 009)
In environments where explosion hazards may occur, correctly classifying hazardous zones and assessing risks is essential. The ATEX Zoning & Risk Assessment (EVD) Training, provided through our academy, is designed for professionals involved in analyzing and evaluating explosive atmospheres.
During this ATEX training, you will learn how to apply zoning classifications, systematically assess risks, and document these in an Explosion Protection Document (EPD/EVD). For this reason, the training is often referred to as an EVD training.

PED and WBDA Training for Pressure Equipment and Piping
This PED and WBDA training focuses on the practical application of the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED, 2014/68/EU) and the Dutch Pressure Equipment Decree (WBDA) within industrial projects. In practice, PED is rarely about theory, but about correctly defining scope and obligations. Especially in brownfield modifications, replacements and extensions, the distinction between what is mandatory and what is optional is often unclear.
This regularly leads to unnecessary calculations, overly conservative module selections and excessive involvement of a Notified Body. In this training, you will learn how to correctly classify pressure equipment, determine the appropriate PED category and conformity assessment module, and assess when inspections such as a KVI are actually required. The focus is on making the right technical decisions within PED and WBDA in real projects, from new build to modifications and operation of existing installations.
